Yoga encompasses a wide range of activities. The objective is to establish a meditative state of mind. It entails general mental and physical well-being, as well as an abundance of energy and spiritual development. All of these factors are covered in our course so that you can get the most out of it. Patanjali’s eight limbs are not learned, but rather put into practice. Yama, Niyama, Pratyahar, Pranayama, Asana, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi are the eight yamas. The final three limbs are entirely up to you, in terms of how much work you put in and how much metamorphosis you undergo.

Satkarma starts the day with purification, which is required for pranayama. We normally use Jala Neti, but if you want to do another satkarma method, we can set it up for you and direct you in the correct direction. Many different pranayama techniques as well as their advantages are explained. During the pranayama learning process, mudras and bandhas are used.

Prayer and mantra chanting are done before beginning the asana practice. Asana practice necessitates appropriate alignment as well as safety precautions. We make certain you are aware of the needed procedures and alignment. Various principles of Yoga, cueing-instructions, discovering a unique teaching style, class environment and setting-up, effective communication, how to make posture adjustments while teaching, and observing students’ learning processes to provide effective assistance are all part of the teaching methodology.

Understanding fundamental anatomy and physiology aids in doing asanas correctly and avoiding any hazards while doing so. When you have a good understanding of anatomy, it’s simpler to figure out how hard you should push yourself to execute an asana through your pain spots.

Yoga philosophy, ethics, traditional literature, and spiritual anatomy are all included in the course. It helps a lot to travel the Yogic road when one knows the technicalities of the dimension that the five senses cannot detect. We’ll show you what a true Yogic lifestyle entails including following a Yogic diet.

Every student, during the course, is encouraged to meet course-specific standards after enough practice. Students’ classroom involvement, lesson preparation, practicum, chanting, workshop techniques, philosophy, comprehension, and other things are all assessed to see if they have developed the requisite teaching talents. Teachers as well as their classmates will provide comments to the trainees.

Our YTT 300 Hours are approved by the US Yoga Alliance, and if you finish the YTT 300 course with us, you will be recognized as a Certified Yoga Teacher worldwide. You are also eligible to become a member of any Yoga Alliance in the world. Our instructors are all certified by the Yoga Alliance.

Beginners, as well as experienced both, can apply for this course. Your devotion to learning Yoga is the primary factor needed. Along with that adherence to the rules, routine and self-discipline may be required in order to imbibe the true essence of Yoga in the potential teachers.

The course is carried out in English, given that there are many students across the world and it is the common language they know. Along with that depending on the languages known by the students, we can teach in Nepali as well as in Hindi.
